Aleksandar Pavlovic, a 20-year-old midfielder, is not ready to step up to replace Toni Kroos, who has announced his retirement from the German national team.

Former Bayern Munich CEO Oliver Kahn has revealed that 20-year-old midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic is not ready to take over as Germany’s successor to Toni Kroos, who left the national team following their exit from Euro 2024 in the quarter-finals, the club told TV on Monday.
Now that Kroos is gone, some are looking to Bayern Munich youngster Aleksandar Pavloić, who was part of Julian Nagelsmann’s initial Germany squad before dropping out due to an ill-timed bout of tonsillitis. Pavlović has quickly risen to prominence at Bayern.
‘Pavlovic is an interesting player, but I would be cautious about that. I don’t think we have a player who can be throw into the team now at a young age who will be ready to play in this important position in two years,’ Kahn said.
Kahn also said what Germany need now is to find a player ยูฟ่าเบท with the same style as Rodrigo Hernandez. The 28-year-old midfielder of Spain’s Euro 2024 champions.
